Life Jackets Required
Life jackets must be worn at all times anywhere around the docks and on all floating devices, including kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats.
Sparks Lake Resort is designed to be peaceful, family-friendly, and safe for all guests. These rules apply anywhere around the lake, docks, shoreline, and floating devices. By staying on the property and using lake amenities, guests agree to follow all resort safety rules.
Life jackets must be worn at all times anywhere around the docks and on all floating devices, including kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats.
Children must be supervised at all times on the property. No child is allowed on the water or on the docks without a parent or guardian present.
Breaking these rules may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund.
Running, rough play, horseplay, and diving off the dock are not allowed at any time. The dock is a lake access structure, not a play structure.
No boat, kayak, canoe, or paddle boat may come within 30 feet of the fountain. This rule protects guests, equipment, and the lake area around the installation.
Guests must stay within designated use areas and away from restricted sections of the lake, shoreline, or equipment zones.
All rented equipment must be returned clean and undamaged by the end of the reservation day. Damaged or misused equipment may result in additional charges.
Guests should understand that this is a floating dock system. It naturally shifts with water movement, weight, and normal lake conditions. Do not cause the dock to move unexpectedly.
Floating docks are not designed to be run on aggressively or forced side-to-side. Doing so can create serious safety hazards, damage the dock, and put other guests at risk.
Guests are expected to behave responsibly, supervise children, wear required safety equipment, and respect all rules related to lake use, docks, rentals, and shared spaces.
Review all lake, dock, and rental rules before using any waterfront area or equipment.
Children must remain under direct adult supervision anywhere near the lake or dock.
Guests must follow posted rules and any instructions given by resort staff or management.
These rules are in place to protect guests, children, equipment, and the lakefront environment. Following them helps preserve the experience for every family staying at the resort.
